Adeline Corridor Specific Plan

The Specific Plan was adopted by the City of Berkeley for its Adeline Corridor Priority Development Area (PDA).

The Specific Plan provides goals, policies, and implementation strategies for the Plan Area, organized into five cross-cutting topics raised by the community during the planning process:

  • Land Use
  • Housing Affordability
  • Economic Opportunity
  • Transportation
  • Public Space
  • Implementation

The Specific Plan articulates a community vision and planning framework that will serve as a guide for the City and other public agency decision-makers, community members and other stakeholders over the next 20 years.
