Regional-scale energy efficiency programs and services – such as the Model Solar Ordinance Toolkit, Bay Area Energy Atlas, BayREN Regional Forums and Trainings for Energy Code Compliance – that deliver assistance for local governments working on energy efficiency, water conservation and resilience.

Equity

The Association of Bay Area Governments’ Executive Board and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission both adopted the Equity Platform in January 2023. The Equity Platform is based on a commitment to meaningfully reverse disparities in access and dismantle systemic exclusion. The Technical Assistance Portal includes resources that can help local governments join us in our commitment to creating a Bay Area where everyone can thrive.
