This model checklist is intended to assist local planning staff in their review of SB 9 applications for both two-unit developments and urban lot splits. This document includes a section for general information regarding the proposed project as well as a checklist of the criteria required to qualify a project for ministerial approval under SB 9. The checklist can be adapted by local jurisdictions to reflect any additional objective standards or documentation requirements that are imposed by local ordinance.
