Complete Streets

The Complete Streets Policy (Metropolitan Transportation Commission Resolution No. 3765) requires that all regionally funded projects consider the accommodation of people who walk, bike and roll. MTC provides toolkits, webinars and other resources to help cities transform their roads into streets designed to meet the needs of all users, whether they walk, bike, drive or use public transit.
