This webinar provided local jurisdiction staff with an overview of MTC's Transit-Oriented Communities (TOC) Incentive Program, adopted by the Metroplitan Transportation Commission in February 2026, and associated program updates. MTC staff walked through the final TOC evaluation framework, a review of the OBAG 4-specific adjustments, eligibility thresholds and award amounts, as well as administrative guidance updates. The session also covered technical assistance resources available to jurisdictions as they prepare their submissions.
