These templates are intended to help jurisdictions meet the requirements of The Mitigation Fee Act, which requires local agencies to report information about their development impact fees. Some information must be documented every year and other information must be analyzed every five years. There are four versions of the form to accommodate jurisdictions that want to 1) have separate one- and five-year reports versus a combined report; and 2) have a separate form for each impact fee versus combining all impact fees in one form.
