In Session 1 of the Aging Malls & Office Parks Transformation Work Group, experts led the discussion on the regional importance and potential benefits of redeveloping aging malls and office parks. They presented three aspirational case studies to help participants think holistically about creating a connected urban fabric; providing benefits responding to community context and needs; and understanding the challenges and opportunities of the transformation process.
