In session 5 of the Aging Malls & Office Parks Transformation Work Group – Economic Modeling for Redevelopment Feasibility – work group participants learned to use a customized redevelopment project feasibility modeling tool to evaluate project feasibility with different assumptions.

While a more detail feasibility study is highly recommended, this tool allows local staff to gain preliminary understanding of the break point of making a project feasible.
