The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has developed this table of financial resources, gathered from the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD), HCD and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
The financial resources list provides jurisdictions with funding opportunities that are available for housing-related activities in the 2020-2021 calendar year. Some examples include funding for housing preservation acquisition, first-time homebuyer assistance, local planning technical assistance and new affordable housing construction loans.
