Bay Area communities can better address economic, environmental, and regulatory challenges by working together.
ABAG’s technical assistance program has set up county-level collaboratives to help reduce costs and achieve results by leveraging economies of scale, avoiding unnecessary duplication of effort, and sharing learnings and innovations across the region. This effort is being supported by Regional Early Action Planning (REAP) funds from 2021 through 2023. In some cases, these funds are helping support existing county collaboratives; in others the funds are helping to launch new collaboratives.
This document provides:
- An overview of collaborative opportunities funded through REAP
- The benefits and responsibilities of participating
