The Assessment: Resilient by Design (RbD) Bay Area Challenge report was commissioned by the RbD Executive Committee. Through interviews of participants, its purpose is to assess the impact and important lessons learned through the RbD Challenge and inform the next stage of implementation toward a resilient Bay Area.
