This is a template handout that can be customized by staff for residents looking to build an ADU.

The following instructions can help staff customize this handout with local information.

This slide deck template walks through the ADU process to help members of the public understand the steps to build an ADU. Information in this template can be revised to fit the needs of each audience. Jurisdiction staff can remove, add and rearrange slides based on the audience and depth of the presentation. 
 

These customizable Power Point slides can be saved as image files for flyers or social media posts. 

There are three files in this folder:

• A letter-sized flyer template.
• Rectangle templates for Nextdoor or X posts, or for use as flyers.
• Square templates for Instagram or Facebook posts, or for use as flyers.

They can be used for general ADU education or for announcing ADU related events.
