ABAG and HCD are partnering to implement a regional technical assistance program.
We hope you will join us for an interactive webinar on July 29th, where we will introduce the program and explain some of the technical assistance tools being developed.
Housing topics for which technical assistance tools will be discussed include:
- Housing Element land inventory samples and update requirements
- ADU ordinances
- Objective Design and Development Standards
- CEQA Streamlining
- Model ordinances
- State Pro-housing Designations
- ABAG’s upcoming online site selection tool.
The webinar will include opportunities for questions and comments, and we hope to learn more about what technical assistance services and tools would be most helpful for you and your jurisdiction. Following the completion of the webinar, we will provide all participants with a link to ABAG’s technical assistance survey, to provide additional opportunities for feedback and comment.
