The Final Plan Bay Area was adopted at a joint board meeting of the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) and the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) on July 18, 2013. This Plan includes the region’s Sustainable Communities Strategy and the 2040 Regional Transportation Plan – and an associated final Environmental Impact Report.
