ABAG Election Ballot Deadline Extended to November 12

Due to impacts by fires in the North and East Bay counties and by the electrical power shut-offs over the past week, the deadline for submitting voter ballots for the ABAG Vice Presidental election has been extended to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.

Voter ballot counting will occur after the new deadline and before the ABAG Executive Board meeting on November 21.  The counting of voter ballot notice will be posted at the Bay Area Metro Center, 375 Beale Street, San Francisco, and on the ABAG website (www.abag.gov).  The election results will be reported at the Executive Board meeting on November 21.

Clerks of County Boards of Supervisors and City and Town Clerks are requested to conduct the election in their respective jurisdictions as described in the Instructions for the Conduct of Election of the Vice President of the Association of Bay Area Governments noting the new deadline of November 12, 2019.
