This interactive mapping tool is one of several that can be used to explore and present displacement, gentrification and neighborhood exclusivity by census tract. It can be used to support data analysis on displacement risk and related issues for the Assessment of Fair Housing.
Together, the methodology and its results shed light on the diverse and complex processes of displacement and gentrification taking place in the Bay Area.
