ABAG 2023-2031 RHNA Cycle Appeals Procedures

Any local jurisdiction within the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) region may file an appeal to modify its Draft Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA) Allocation or another jurisdiction’s Draft RHNA Allocation included as part of ABAG’s Draft 2023-2031 RHNA Plan.
