The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) Housing Element Search Tool provides users access to all the draft and adopted Housing Elements submitted by California jurisdictions for planning periods 4, 5, and 6.
The same web page also provides access to Annual Progress Reports submitted by each jurisdiction for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
