The ABAG General Assembly opened with poetry from Oakland's Youth Poet Laurate and included presentations from ABAG President David Rabbitt, ABAG-MTC Executive Director Therese McMillan and an opportunities and challenges housing panel. The ABAG delegates passed this year's ABAG Budget and Work Program.
